Our Competitions run at venues across the New Forest and Surrounding Areas.

We guarantee everyone that comes to compete will always earn one of our super sparkly rosettes just for taking part and having a go.

We run a range of BD tests ranging from Lead Rein & Intro up to Elementary level in a 20 x 40m arena, placed with the sections of First Ever Dressage Test, Open, Restricted, Under 16, Para Rider, Veteran and Lead Rein meaning that you are always competing with people of a similar ability.

Each series works towards a championship at the end of the season, to give you lots of motivation to get out and keep practising.
All our staff and judges are super friendly and encouraging ensuring that your experience of dressage is a great one from start to finish.
The No Stress Dressage Story
We founded No Stress Dressage UK with one goal in mind: to encourage riders of all abilities to get out and give it a go and most importantly to have some fun! We aim to be your local unaffiliated friendly and supportive dressage competition making sure that we always have friendly, helpful judges and lovely, obliging staff to ensure the competition runs smoothly for you. We also make sure that every competitor that completes their test comes away with one of our super sparkly rosettes to celebrate getting out and having a go!!
Championships
Twice a year we run No Stress Dressage Championships aimed at celebrating a superb season of amazing horses and riders. Theses normally run in September for our Summer Championships and March for our Winter Championships.
